DIY Tank Stand

Wanting to build a stand to hold two tanks (30 long, 29g). Would four legged 2x4 structure be able to hold the two tanks stacked, or is it too much weight.

Just thinking of making a simple two level stand. Stand height would be about 4.5 feet tall. Simple pine 2x4 construction. Will it work?
