Thinking about building my own tank

I was thinking of attempting to build my own tank but i dont know where i would buy the glass or what type to use. Any tips would be helpful thanks

I'd start by using simple internet search engines......in other words....google it.....

then....contact the nice folks at Oceanic or other tank manufactures.....see if they will provide any help....

Then....go back to the internet and look at other fish clubs/sites for home builds....

Saw a link to a site that would give you everything you need to know. All you do is put in the dimensions and it tells you step by step what you need and how to build. I will search for it, unless someone else post it up first

I'd wait until it warms up. Silicone needs heat and humidity to cure properly. Plenty of time to do research though.

I have resealed one of the sides of my old 55 gallon it was pretty easy. I wanna do one thats 2' x 2' x 3' or 4' havent decieded yet. Ive watched a bunch of videos on building them on the net. They make it seem fairly easy to do. Ive looked on the net for these sizes and all i seem to find are custom ones. Does anyone know of a local glass store that does glass for aquariums i have called a couple around my house and they weren't any help.
