Drilling a glass 5.5gallon

Does anyone know if a glass 5.5 gallon from petco can be drilled on the side? If anyone or any place on the north side do it? I know city pets down south will. I am willing a to pay a couple bucks to get this one hole drilled.

Any sides can be drilled, its the bottom pane is normally tempered.

i know my 55 gallon sump is tempered all around, which i thought was weird. So I didnt even try to drill that thing....
