Stephan has a pretty sweet setup here that is low cost and low maintenance, it features HMF and would be awesome for shrimps or maybe apistos. I was inspired by it:

its pretty compact and efficient since there are no HOB or canister filters lying around. just imagine, one normal sized wall with ~20 aquaria! lol

He's breeding rare catfish in those so he keeps pairs in the small tanks

The drain bulkheads... Never seen someone make them like that...

oh gotcha, euros dont know balla...they make stuff when you can buy it for the same cost i guess lol. if he had ran supply water headers too that would be about the most efficient setup i have ever seen! so little junk to trip over. imagine all the goodies tim would have going in a room like this!
