    How thick do you guys think it should be?

                If the glass is cut right and you line up all the eages right you shouldn't need the square but you should always check. He didn't sand enough to take the eadge off wood. and a sander disc would help. not real safe running your bearhand over sharp glass.

                Was still a cool DIY.

                        20 Bucks for weldon. Got the acrylic from a sign shop free. My neighbor is a carpenter so he cut for me(18 Pack Miller Lite).
