I just keep a dozen and throw them in the washing machine inside out. It's a lot less hassle than making these and just throwing them away, IMO.

I accidentally poured half a liter down the drain the other day... of new Purigen so I got pissed and tossed it all out and not using purigen anymore. Steven was like wtf is all this in the sink

Got a project for the wife thanks Kiko. I currently have 3 that I cycle out and throw 2 in the wash at a time. Wife always compalins there are fing snails in the wash. So I will be like make me 50 of these and I will toss them and you will never have to worry about snails in the wash.

did you ever test the flow rate through these? i was thinking of using socks as prefilters on a puffer tank sump.
