My apologies if I did not list you
and for this to be long winded
I sold my 135 stand tank and canopy and bought me a 7' ADG tank and stand. Before I first received this tank I had and drafted the tank in inventors with the idea of black pipe inside the tank and thought that Polyethylene pipe and fittings will do. Wrong, PVC and Poly are 2 different schedule and wall thickness. So to plumb inside the tank with the two I would have to use some sort of cement - all bonding type. And I did not want to do sch 80 gray but worst case scenario I would. So this built became a 1 - 2 week affair to 2 months and I am sure that Travis wanted to keep or eat my babies, LOL.
He was cool with it and gave me a name to go by for black pvc as the company in Cali was on back order.
Looked at Sunnys tank for idea on Plumbing and also spoke to Dan on many occasions for ideas.
So I got with the folks over at savko and oredred my Black PVC Pipe, Fittings and Valves and while i was waiting for shipment (week or sowhen material showed up at the door step); I already had a stand and canopy drafted. So I decided to re build a new stand and canopy to the height I liked it and color I wanted. So I gave out my old stand to a fellow boxer and that weekend went to work in buying material.
Lowes - cut to fit 2"x4", 4'x8'Hardwood Pine and Oak, Stain Bombay Mahogany 480, Gloss, Foam 3" brushes (for staining), small Nylon brushes (for Glossing), wood glue, wood shavings (get a ziplock bag full after they cut to fit your wood (lol, wooood), 12" continuous hinge, knob, sch 80 fittings and Unions
Home depot - foam brushes, gloss
Walmart - wood screws
