I've ordered from both live aquaria and Petsolutions. Both have 14 day live arrival guarantees. I've had a few die. Loss all of one order they replaced it in two days. Both are great in my opinion.ΜΟΛΩΝ ΛΑΒΕComment

Great customer service. I ordered plants and fish from them. Fish looked great. I had problems with the plants because they were actually bigger than the suggested size and barely fit in my tank. Definitely the problem I would prefer to have.

They indeed have guarantee, but the ich outbreak isn't their fault. All fish go through stress when they're in a confined space and experiencing temperature changes. Some will get ich and some won't but that's all on the fish.
