  • Plate Glass

I am looking to get some 1/2" and or 3/4" plate glass for a rimless tank I am building. I have a family member who worked in the glass industry and I will ask him if he knows any decent shops. Does anyone on the board have any Glass shops around town that you recommend? I would like to get quotes from recommended places before I start running through the phone book. Thanks

I've had good luck and prices from Bobbitt Glass on W. Gray at Montrose. I've recommended them to a few people on MARSH-reef and they have used them too.

      Re: Plate Glass

I've used Ray Glass in Rosenberg before. Pretty good, but I've only order small pieces to use for baffles in a sump.

Contact JustDoIt on the box in regards to Glass Depot in Conroe. Her daughter owns it. I see you're in SW H-town but it can't hurt to get a quote.
