I have used these kits on automotive glass. It does work just dont concentrate on one place for a long period of time and it does take a while to remove scratches. Read the reviews also.

Cerium Oxide is the powder that they use and water to polish the glass. You can also buy that and then buy your own pad to polish with.

Avoid costly windshield replacementby removing scratches, haze

Also do a search on the internet on how to remove scratches on glass.

Yea. I saw a few kits they sell to remove scratches. I would have to buy a random orbital and diff pads to polish and buff. So that would cost a bunch. I think I rather have someone do it for me hahaha I'm also bad with using the orbital and don't know much about what pads to use for buffing. Since I've tried on detailing my car.

are you talking about acrylic or glass because I'm pretty sure you can't get rid of the scratches on a glass tank

I work closely with a glass company and a long time tank builder. And both say if you can feel them with your finger nail. Don't waste your time

Idk the glass company the remove scratches for a living seems to be removing scratches that are graffiti on store front windows. Was gonna give it a try since there's a guy that did a YouTube video from Houston and it seems like it worked.

Lol ok here it is whenever you buff a area of the glass to remove a scratch. You have to remove material obviously correct?
So when you remove the scratch you will left with a very slight divit in the glass and when you look through it. It will look like sheet. But go ahead and ruin your tank

If minor, use jewelers rouge a dremmel.
My grandfather literally buffed the date bubble off a rolex with jewelers rouge and hand polishing cloth.
                            Thanks so much,
