Krylon Fusion. Any color. They sell it at Wal-Mart and HD too. Make sure you let the pvc cure before putting it in the water with fish.

I plan on letting it sit a week does that sound good?

I usually let it cure for 48 hours in the sun to be safe.

+1 2 days is the most safe time , you don't need one week
