  • 200 Gal Acrylic tank Reseal and scratch repair

So far what I done after 3 weeks. it take a long time for this tank due by cold and wet weather.
Sand the whole tank is take a lot of time because we sand with 800 grit ( some part), 1200 grit , 2000Grit and then 3000 grit and we need do vertical and horizontal. it kill half the day of work but lucky I have some help so it done by half day.

After sand it, I reseal the tank with Weld On 4 and Weld On 16. I fill Weld On 4 four of corner that why tank in pics in lay in the corner 45 degree. After the Weld On 4 dry off I apply Weld On 16 over the Weld On 4 ( the Weld On 4 is thin liquid so it fill in and seal the gap between acrylic sheet and Weld On 16 will be super bond the corner)

After reseal, I let them dry completed for 3 days. And today I take me all the morning and afternoon to buff them with the Nova 1, 2 and 3 and it work great and the Nova 3 I great stuff it remover most the scratch but you need have strong force on the buff so see the result quick ( I use electric drill) and Nova 2 will remove light scratch ( I use 7 inch electric buff light force ) and Nova 1 to clean. It is cost a little more than product but I love this product because it work well for me. ( First pic that I finish and second is with water in test leaking and how see how clear the tank. Result no leak and very clear
