Quick ideas needed on breaking up holey rock =)

Well, we now have a 55lb+ beautiful piece of holey rock, but I'm wanting to seperate it into pieces for my 30,

Do y'all know any ways of do it without completely shattering the rock???

I mean, would I just hit it with a sledgehammer, drop it a couple of times, or run it over?  Any ideas on how to accurately seperate it into nice pieces, please share! Thanks!

The guy that brings the nice pieces to the HAS auction uses a circular saw, I believe. Not sure what sort of blade....nor would I recommend it unless you find out for sure first.

be careful using a saw, the limestone has water inside it and when it gets hot it can expolde.

Use a concrete saw cutting blade and lots of cooling water.

I've been pretty successful just hitting it with a hammer, kinda angling it to encourage it to break how I wanted it to.
you could probably use a chisel to focus and guide it more precisely.

but I've never worked with a really big piece like you have.  you would probably end up chipping off lots of smaller pieces

Drop it from a very high place onto concrete.
