  • Nice. You could always take the tubing out and put it into another tank with anti-fungals and an airstone. That's how we did it in the ol' days.

    • Scratch that. when i get to get my extra tank at my parents house, eggs had been eaten. and if i had removed the filter tubbing there would had been no filtration as they decided to used the top part of it. at least the crazy girl got what she wanted.

2nd time for them now. last time they lay the eggs survived 48hrs. until i went to work and they had lunch, lol.

this tie i dont think there was any fertilize eggs and lasted 3hrs. either they ate them or the labs help them with the case. my plan was to get a african tank and leave the 29 for just the american but it was a bad friday for me. i got a ticket on the mail from Montgomery county red light camera, and my car just broke down. i been having issues with teh o2 sensor but its around $250 so i am on a big step back on my wish list. oh and not counting that i have no car now and that i am moving this weekend.

              • both have different body type. what i believe is the male has more of a circular shape and a bump on the forehead. what i believe is the female is thin, and a long horizontal body and no bump.

Doesn't matter. Sometimes looking at the head shape works but often that's inaccurate. Angelfish have been known to be impossible to sex, unless you can actually see the ovipositor or breeding tube.

                          • I don't really care for angels, just pointing out that the vid I saw of them made the angels look really small

                              • R_ as long as they have tank mates. they will keep eating the eggs. they will learn to raise the fry at some piont. if they are left in a tank by them selfs. but there is a lot more to it then that...
