Scott was telling me a Fronts can and will hold for up to 28days.... 8O

I haven't tried to feed her since I put her in a 20g....I can't see her not eating for that long.  I'm getting a little edgy...LOL

Sometimes they will pick up food off the ground either for herself or for her babies....who knows.

I understand the stress you are going through Raul.....but they sometimes don't eat for that long in the wild not because they are holding but because they can't catch food so that should help you ease the stress some. I had one female tropheus hold for over 4wks and she was in the tank with all the others and it might have been my fault cause I also added the 19 busy body petros so she felt threatened probably....she spat 10 beautiful babies not long after though.

With her in the nursery tank she should be fine....no stress from the others and she should feel safe there......How long has she been holding now? It would be freaking cool is she starts to brood when we come by for the gettogether!!!! I would love to see it!!!

I just walked into the room where I have her tank and saw a bunch of little guys hanging around mommy.  She saw me and scooped them all back up in her mouth.  

It was so cool to see.
