  • How to increase a baby swordtails survive rate?

I had approx 90 newborn swordtails before last 2 weeks. However, at least 1-2 baby fish keep dying each day. I count about 75 toatl until today. I feed them with first bites. Need experts to guide me how to increase survive rate for my baby swordtails.

I'm using 10g tank, change 30% of water every 5 days, Temp around 24-26, feeding with a very little amount of First Bite twice a day.

Add some foliage, water sprite will help offer fry a spot away from their parents, reduce nitrates, and grow some microfauna for them to eat

          This. ^
Any kind of floating plant will make a huge difference. Also feeding 3-5 times a day and upping water changes will help... you can use crushed up flake food or frozen bbs.
