I have 12 CPD in a 50 gallon tank with plants and cherry red shrimps. I was wondering should I move those shrimps to another tank just in case they eat CPD's eggs. Will they? How about assassin snails, do they eat fish eggs?

Assassin's will eat pleco eggs. Or so I'm told.Guppies:

I think you should be fine. RCS (red cherry shrimp) won't be a problem, and assassin snails will go for easier food first, as long as you feed the tank I'd be surprised if you lost eggs to snails.
