What is Minimum tank size needed to breed cichlids?

I have a trio of Ngara flametail in my 30 gallon tank and there is no aggression at all. In my tank I have 2 med size clay pots and that is all.I fish are very happy......The male is 3.5" and female is 2.5"....

30 gallon is fine, but 50 gallon or larger is better!!!!!! lol
