    many fry....oh my...

    8O   I ordered honduran red points 3 weeks ago.  as of today I have 3 new batches of fry....is this normal after spending days being shipped and aprox. 20 days in a new home?
    I think I may be in trouble with these guys...they breed like guppies....lol.

      HRP are similar to Convicts....they will breed in any condition!

      I had a pair of pink convicts that I bred in a bucket which was pretty interesting.

        up to 4 batches of fry now and another set of eggs that I just found yesterday...good grief charlie brown, I only have 7 adults-they are certainly busy at the breeding thing!

        I suspect that here soon I'll be trying to get rid of some of these little dudes.

        They are a type of convict, I think, I ahve heard them called Blue Convicts by some people.
