    Emperor Tetras

    In the early 70's I was impressed with a school of large, royal Purple & Black tetras.  Emperor Tetra I haven't seen any of that size & color in years.
    does anyone localy breed them ?  If not, do any of the shops carry them ?

    He would have continued but at that moment my very obedient daughter who was listening leaned over to me and asked quite audibly in her shrill little four-year old girl voice, 'Mom, what is butt dust?'

    I've seen them occassionally at Fish Ranch on Larkwood and Fish Gallery. I don't really get out much, but I'm sure other stores carry them as well.
    Scarecrow : I haven't got a brain... only straw.
    Dorothy : How can you talk if you haven't got a brain?
    Scarecrow: I don't know... But some people without brains do an awful lot of talking... don't they?
    Dorothy: Yes, I guess you're right.

      I think AquaZoo had some a while back, and I think Megan's did too. They're around, you just gotta find them.
      So many things can be a mystery, when all we're seeking is freedom...
