Does anyone know what the difference is between the All-Glass Twin-Tube Versa-Tops and the regular, "economical" All-Glass Versa-Tops?

I think the only difference between the two is that the Twin Tubes have a clear plastic strip in the back. I included a link from Dr. Fosters and Smith that describes them a little.

Was just browsing at the new posts and came across this one. Here is what the description says in the link that supadave posted: Versa-Top Twin Tubes feature a wider back glass panel to safely accommodate wider light fixtures without hindering the opening and closing of the top.
Makes sense to me. I would get the Twin-Tube even if you get a single tube, in case you want to change it up later.-Laura-

Thanks! I'm sure that's what it is... I'm actually looking for glass tops for my 215 gallon AGA and I'm having a hard time. It's the one with the 2 plastic center braces. Tank dimensions are 6x2x2.5. Each top should have a width of 22". Anybody know where to get three?
NEVERMIND, I FOUND IT!!!! Sorry and thanks!!!!!!!!!!!!!Last edited by peterp63; 04-20-2009, 10:13 PM.
