            Delock aquascaping your tank shouldn’t be that difficult the only problem I see is the rocks you choose.
            Slate is not easy to play with unless you do something similar to what Mike and Jeff have at the gallery, why did you go for slate? knowing you most have a good reason can you elaborate more?
            Also in order to keep a layout esthetically pleasant one most use one type of material to make it more natural, looking at you previous designs I have noticed that you like high structures but at the time you were into Tropheus so this is probably why.
            Now that you are keeping Ophtalmotilapias the idea of having some sort of plateau is something you would like? Is this the reason for the slate? And how about using a different rock?

              Why I picked slate? Free!

              I want some plateaus...so thats another reason I picked Slate. Let me know when you are free to come by...but this weekend is going to be murderous....

                Well, I guess we can play with them and if you like the way the tank looks so be it and if nothing good comes out; well rock shopping is the only way.
