  • Nano Fish

So I'm curious about these and since I'm bored decided to Google them. I have found nothing. :( Google thinks that I'm looking for saltwater fish even when I type "Freshwater Nano Fish". I just wanted some fun reading but now I'm frustrated. Is there a list/link/website somewhere of all the kinds of nano fish out there?

This page has a nice list of nano fish with pictures. No info though. However, you can do a few searches on the specific names of the fish. I bet you'll stumble into pages that discuss nano fish that way.

Thanks! I did just that and found this one: LINK. There aren't any pictures on this one (at least as far as I could see) but that means more Google-ing. Yays! More fun stuff to look up and read.

Yes, the dwarf glass goby. What I could find about them is that these are really small.

Only 2-3 cm (0.79 - 1.18 in)! That's pretty small but I don't know much about gobies. What is the average size of the more common ones?

Gobies are usually pretty small, although there are some big ones out there. There are thousands of species, though, both fresh and salt, and many are under 2". Awesome family of fish - I love them. :)

anywhere from 1.5"-6" depends on the species. Although the dwarf glass goby is the smallest I have heard of.

I've got the contest tank and a 29 gallon bio cube I'm looking to stock.

Does anyone know where I can find any gobies or killie fish?

                        Thanks

Not sure where to get killies, but Invertz Factory has a lot of gobies. I've ordered from them and have nothing but good things to say about them.
