    I saw some freshwater stingay @ extreme fish, I wanted to know are they completely freshwater or is it brackish water? dont want to take a chance and get it if its brackish water.. thanks

      What kind of rays did he have as all freshwater rays in the Potamotrygonidae family are illegal to own in texas. More than likely he was selling some atlantic rays if so I would recommend a tank no smaller than a 180 in size even thats small for rays though. They also need very clean water so keep up with water changes and provide good filtration.

        we got atlantic rays here at fishranch. only 3 left. they do need a tank thats at least 24" wide. if you go to the fishranch link you can see the pics.
