  • Better Magazine. TFH or Aquarium Fish?

Do any of you guys have subscriptions to either Aquarium Fish or Tropical Fish Hobbyist? I know Tropical Fish Hobbyist allows the free trial issue, which was really cool. I am not that into marine aquariums, however, so I was thinking about Aqurium Fish since it is more focused on Tropical, but I haven't seen one of those magazines before. Is it nice? Let me know your input! Thanks!

Oh yeah, if you have any other magazine that you would like to introduce. PLEASE go right ahead!

I think TFH is more for advance hobbyist that already know the basic of keeping an aquarium and Aquarium fish is more for new-to-the-hobby hobbyist.

I also like Freshwater and Marine Aquarium, although you said you're more interested in the FW aspect. It's still a pretty good magazine, and has some interesting monthly columns that are different from other magazines.

I loved TFH when I was new to the hobby but since I have acquired some knowledge I like to read Conscientious Aquarist and Advanced Aquarist, a great plus is that both are free.
