They went in a 20 gallon long with heavy water flow from the powerheads. They were doing well, but they became an Ike casualty.PLECOS SUCK!

Since I am in the veterinary field, and have the perspective from a pet owner, I'm just gonna say this. To me, its not about how much a fish costs financially. I personally value gold shiners, trophs, goldfish, plecos, bichirs, puffers etc, with nearly the same reverence. Just like to me, a pure bred dog the same or nearly the same value as far as a mixed breed. They BOTH need love and attention, and this is where I am in this hobby.
