All of my frogs eat live or frozen or freeze dried food.( So out of habit and extra cultures) All my fish eat live cultures, or frozen or freed dried hikari brand foods.I also feed blanched vegetables, and I use spirulina for protein content. If you get a spirulina culture, you can grow it in a 5 gallon tank in your yard. Just use a crushed coral subtrate to keep alaklinity up.
