This is somewhat true. I was told you want to keep CLOUT as dry as possible because the Malachite Green component of the med will oxidize and turn white thus making it less effective.
So as long as you can keep it super dry it does not need refrigerated.
My suggestion on this is too keep a small portion that you plan to use in a smaller bottle, and keep your larger reserve in the freezer.
