You are all MUCH MORE helpful than the "workers" at petco.
I asked a guy there about Nitrates the other day and he handed me a giant bottle of stress coat.
I'm still confused about that.  :think:

NitrAtes is the end product of the nitrogen cycle and the best way to remove it is through water changes.
