I don't remember... but is the 29 gal glass or acrylic?
If it is leaking from the seam, you just need to re-silicone the seams. (or use weld-on if acrylic)
If it is leaking from a crack, chances of a patch is much better if it is acrylic.
On the seam you should be able to use a single edge razor and cut out the the bead of silicone along the entire edge, clean the edges and then re-seal it using new silicone.
You can use GE silicone 1 to re-seal. If you want black silicone, the DAP black 100% silicone will also be ok.
You should be able to get a nice pretty finish using one of those caulking edgers you can find at home depot.
