    I seen an article on TV that mentioned water rates would be going up....my bills have always been high here in Cypress....last months bill was just under 50.00.

      My bill has always hovered around the $50 mark, both in this apt and my last one. I understand the reason for the rate increase since the city can only operate on a deficit for so long until it has to be shored up, but It just doesn't make sense that people who stay in apartments could likely see increses that are 4X the size of those in single family homes.

        The news article I saw confirms the rate increase would hit those who live in Apartments harder....the typical homeowners increase will be under 10% where the renters will suffer a huge rate hike of almost 45% in some areas.....
