I'm kind of interested in doing this.

I thought I saw some articles on the site, but I had some questions. . . let's say someone was writing for the FW section. Do they get to choose the types of things they write about or are there specific things the site would like to see covered? How long are most of these blogs going to be?

Hey, thanks for your interest! All of us write about whatever we want, and most any topic is okay: freshwater, saltwater, reef, nature, and biotope aquariums, ecology, conservation, environmental, opinions, etc - it's all welcome!

Blog posts can be as short as an image + caption, or a paragraph, or a multi-page article (usually broken into multiple parts/posts). It's totally up to the author.

Our blog receives thousands of hits per week, so exposure is decent, which is neat!
