My kids caught a little sun perch when we moved to Mo. and wanted to keep him. He wound up being the center attraction in our Livingroom tank. When we moved back to Houston, I tossed him back in the lake he cam from.

He would have continued but at that moment my very obedient daughter who was listening leaned over to me and asked quite audibly in her shrill little four-year old girl voice, 'Mom, what is butt dust?'
I picked up some crawfish yesterday.
Had half of them with melted butter and half with red sauce.
still don't know which was better.

Papadeux's has some awesome crawfish.. it's a little different from what we get here in New Orleans but nonetheless very good.
