Help me I.D. this fish

Does anyone know what this is? I picked it up as a freebie with a couple apisto.

Its a slender fish, about 2 inches long. Mostly "clear" with yellow and black accents on the fins. Pectoral fins are placed high on the fishes side.

Any info would be much appreciated.

Where is the mouth situated? Top, bottom, or middle? I can't tell with the pic.

If it didn't come WITH the apistos, as in it wasn't caught with them, I'd say it was some kind of rainbow. Possibly a celebes rainbow. But not sure. :(

It's mouth is pointed up.

I will try to get a better pic later today. Im leaning towards a celebes. Do I need more celebes to make this one happy? Sometimes it'll be hanging out with the tetras, other times its doing its own thing.
