Just realized you were talking about the BNR tank. Yeah, it's only got two 12" strips. Will probably get a few of those 1W LED from EK to supplement the lighting.

        • Yeah lol. The petro tank is perfect. The BNR tank made it hard to see the coloring.

            • Oh yeah, had it dim for the featherfins and cyps and very low flow. All that is about to change.

BTW, I feed old ostrich egg by hand. He picks off flakes and pellets very nicely. I have to time it just right so that the others don't get his food. He still manages to get a few pellets when the feeder goes off but the smaller ones (wow, smaller petros! ) get 90% of each feeder round.

He's too cool, that's why. He knows he gets hand fed, so he let the inferiors get their share. How big is he? 13"?

Scarecrow: I don't know... But some people without brains do an awful lot of talking... don't they?
Dorothy: Yes, I guess you're right.

                  • Thanks Tim. I know they have a good place in your home and I will be the first call when if you decide to sell.

Josiah, I think he is about 12"

                      • I'm not ready for that kind of carnage Josiah. That's asking for trouble right there. It's either 1 or 20 with these guys and I'm cool with things as they are in this tank. Hint of craziness but overall tranquility.
