I guess I don't understand how the unions could leak if they are tight...

The lock ring was not doing it's job on the pressure side and the o-ring was not set right on the other union. Replacing the one with the bad lock ring and corrected the other. Shouldn't be too long before I'm back in business.

On another note, a big THANK YOU to thedude for bringing me some real nice livestock. Will update the relevant threads in the HTPC section.
