i keep looking around for another shrimp tank type, since i may look to get different types of shrimp.. and the FLUVAL 7.9 seems like best bang for buck witht the filter, light, substrate and lid.. for the size of tank it is..
    You talking about this one...

Yes the light has been great. I have fluorite substrate and I dose with excel every 3 or 4 days or when I remember. The filter that comes with it sucks, I trashed it. HAW has a nice little HOB Liberty that I put on it and it's working great. I moved the Red Sea Nano that was on it to my Puffer tank. It was working great as well but I wanted to quick cycle the puffer tank. now the puffer tank has a Eheim HOB and the Red Sea Nano.

I paid like 30 bucks for it. And even though I trashed the filter I am pretty happy with the tank little stand and light.

You have any? I am gonna try to pick up some stuff in your neck of the woods today. Also would they breed with any of the ones I have? Not too interested in having interbreeding species.

Not 100% sure but I think that CRS are a variant of bee shrimp so yea they would interbreed.
