I'm with mark on the angels being a stretch being that they prefer taller tanks but I grew my wc scalares in a 20g for months before tossing them in the 55g. It really isn't an exact science. Oh BTW my wc scalares are 3.5" or so but my altums are about 9-10" fin to fin. <--- really proud of those altums. They punk all my discus and they are in 100% non-aged tap!
