i want one..im not firmiliar with them but i wanna learn i see they are highly aggressive
which i like. let me know if anyone knows where i can get one or of someone who has one for sale thanks in advanced

Well first things first. They are illegal in Texas.
They grow to around 15" for males and 12" for females.
Water parameters are unimportant. As long as you keep them stable of course.
For a pair a minimum 6 ft 125g is necessary.
Driftwood sand and rocks.
Heavy filtration.
Frequent large water changes ect.

heck.. if you want a Tilapia, you should go hit up the asian markets in Sharpstwon and rescue some from the seafood dept... they got some actually pretty good looking fish packed in those huge tanks... and some big catfish too! and lobster for you salt water people :)

man go behind windmill lake apts dwn almeda and catch some or in pearland dwn 518 ask berret he knws some spots all u need is a casting net joseph said he caught a big oscar and some texas cichlids

Fiesta sells them too but I would think you would have to bring a bucket. Might not sell them to you alive though.

we caught those in pearland bro we went three time we caught over 100 and a few plecos and some carp and a 3ft alligator gar and a 2ft buffalo head no telling what else is in there...
