That peacock will grow and eat the others. Unless of course you have a docile female peacock...which isn't very common...but it is possible. You don't have to do anything for the female who is full of babies. They will come out on their own. If you have any plants...plastic or real... those babies will need a place to hide of they will get eaten pretty quickly. I wouldn't say the combination of fish..if all in the same tank... is a very common combination. You have a pretty aggressive (peacock) fish with a sort of/can be a bit aggressive (the yellow thing) and a community fish (guppy/endler thingie)

Well the peacock will be transferring to a tank that will be set up at my fathers house. And i was thinking i had to place the female on a different tank so the babies wouldn't be eaten or sucked by the filter.

I take a sponge and put it over the intake... somtimes I use an aquaclear foam insert and cut a hole in it to go over the intake, or you can take a thick sock and cut it and wrap it around the intake. That will prevent the wee ones from being sucked up. Hiding spots is a great way to help some survive.

I saw those endlers at Ultimate, they look nice! why did you only get a female if you don't mind me asking?

I would advise against keeping the endlers with shrimp, they will go after baby shrimp and even pick on the adults at times.

why only 1 female? well as you guys know i have a 10g and I didnt want to breed at the moment, mainly Endlers. so i got only 1 to keep the 2 males happy and because they were little pricey for what they are.

and i dont intend to keep them in the sme thank as the shrimp, that will be my excuse to buy the tank

ill have the female there until they pop out and grow to be transfer to another tank.

Wel le peacock looking fish is still afraid of the angels, but it attacks my lemon alot. It used to stay hidden in the cave but now it likes to swim more and everytime it sees the lemon it will bite it.
