noisy overflow????

How do I eliminate the splashing and gurrgling doubt in my sump. Any suggestions

Look into making a durso standpipe or stockman pipe.

What kind of overflow are you running? Is it a reef ready tank, hang on back or diy pvc overflow?

You could increase the height of the actual drain point to decrease the amount of travel the water goes after the initial overflow, then try increasing the pvc diameter and incorporate one of the above that barrettsline mentioned but for you the durso is what you want to look into.
