We are looking for a new location for our spring auction. Something along the I10 or I59 corridors between 610 and Belt 8 on the west side would be good. We are thinking of something comfortable with an occupancy rating of about 200 and rent under $300. Please PM me if you all have any specific suggestions. Meanwhile we hope lots of you take advantage of this auction so we can afford the next one LOL. Thank you.
