Red Phantoms are far more well behaved, emporer, bloodfin, silver tip, Flame, rummy nose, lemon, diamond, Columbian/red & blue tetra are all from the same areas angelfish are found and could work well, it really depends upon your preference. The Bolivian Ram can work, it truly depends upon the demeanor of your angels and the rams in question. Older adults tend to not adapt well to other ciclids in the tank, but youger ones can be acclimated especially in a large enough tank. I'd imagine it might get a bit rambunctious if either start breeding, but with the angels you'd have to remove any other adults as well so its really a moot point. Many fish stores will take the Buenos Aires for a minimal trade on new fish or post them up here on the box, there is always a chance someone has been looking for them.

Where can I get some Red Phantoms? I wonder if Red Phantoms and Buenos Aires Tetras can go together?

Just call around the local shops and see if anyone has them or can order for you. I'd say the Red Phantoms might get bullied a bit
