Didn't hook it up yet. Spent most of the day figuring out lights for the 105 (and haven't yet) and sleeping. On call again tomorrow 24 hours, exam Wednesday. Boo.
You only got rid of those problems because you came running to HFB in a tizzie. Mad skillz? Pfffttttt.

What is left to figure out about lights?

Only because you find it strangely alluring and you're still in the closet.

Smart. And also a good thing for what would've been your future patients.

And you went to Google. 'Nuff said.

Lighting... Not sure still if I want to give up shimmer in order to switch to a 36" twin T5 HO or get the shimmer with a stunner strip and risk plant health. Dunno.

That's a good idea. I'll get the 36" T5 HO and see how it works out, and maybe I can run LEDs simultaneously or just in the evenings after my set photoperiod is over. Maybe I'll get in on that 1w buy with you!

Thanks Vicki! You can be sure I'm going to be posting pictures ASAP after they settle.

Have them on separate timers and have them overlap.

                          • Depending on how much output the T5 have you may not be able to see the LED shimmer if the output over powers the LED.

Yeah. I wouldn't have 'em on at the same time. Those T5's are insane.
