Thanks! Amazingly enough, after a little over 24 hours and 3 treatments of the Kordon organic Ich Attack, and salt/temp increase, almost all the spots are gone off the sickest geo, and the other affected geo is back to normal. All are active and eating and even killed an emperor. Although it could actually have been the large male red scalare... Who knows.

BTW, I got those LEDs in and mounted, going to be retrofitting Kiko's lights today. LMK when you wanna peep the set up.

Keep the treatment going for at least a week or till the bottle is done on that big tank.

You want to make sure you get all the free swimming. Do water change and treat for a few more days after all that and try to siphon against the substrate.

Coo, thanks. I'll let you know when I get my life back. I couldn't capture the moment cuz it happened overnight!! I just saw the aftermath right now cuz I happened to come home early today for the first time all month.

I'm going to treat for 7 days after all the white spots are gone from every fish. Then my plan is to siphon the substrate as much as possible (though the geos and corys are sifting it like crazy) and treat again for 3 days with once daily treatments, since it's the organic stuff and doesn't require water changes. Then I'll add the Purigen back and let it do its thang.

Oh btw... they were all behaving female and fighting with each other, so I peered at the bottoms to semi-vent them again... lo and behold, 5 females. The prettiest of 'em all, which I thought for sure was a male and didn't vent, turned out to be female on venting. Argh. I'll see if I can get a hold of a male if there's any of 'em left.

Wha? So far I've screwed up their ratio and gave them ich. Beast mode FAIL.

The sexing thing is a simple fix, get moar! Also an easy mistake to be made by anyone.
