Auctions?

Hey HFBers, I have no idea where to post this so feel free to move this if its in the wrong part of the forum. Anyway, I've been wondering where these so called "auctions" are held and when? I've been a part of this forum for a while but I haven't really been able to get into the swing of things. A friend of mine recently brought this up and me and her would really like to go to one of these auctions. Mainly to see how these auctions are held and what type of fish are sold/bought. Also, meeting some people to exchange some knowledge would be nice.

If anyone could say.. give me dates of what auctions are coming up and what is needed in order to attend would be nice. Thanks in advance!

The GHAC is having their spring auction May 6 theres a thread for it under their group section

Think HAS is a month or two after that.

It's random what shows up at the auction but IMO it's fun
