If you guys ever decide to set up a website FOTAS will design host and maintain it free for any FOTAS member club. Club dues are $12/year. You should be able to get a forum here on the HFB too. Houston Fish Box we need a new forum!

Hello HFBoxers.

For those who have expressed interest in SJAS.  The fundamental purpose of SJAS is so fish hobbyists on the SE side of Houston can meet on a regular basis socially to discuss the hobby, things that relate to the hobby and anything else your mind can imagine…LOL  

SJAS should be about learning and sharing of knowledge.  SJAS targets an age group of 18 and older, and though is not intended to be so, should be family friendly.  I do have 3 sons of varying ages.  

Currently there will be no dues for being a member.  If anything in the near future….time and talent may be requested.

SJAS, depending on membership and participation, may grow into something more, but for now is intended as stated above.  Once we can determine the “Core” group, we can determine the direction of the club.

Meeting is scheduled for Friday - Sept. 14th, 2007 at 7:30pm

The Calendar now reflects the correct time.
