Yeah everyone does have their opinion on it.
Maybe it's cause growing up I was surrounded by family/friends that bred the one's you listed so now I'm tired of seeing them or my view of them has been ruined. I'm not a big fan of FH myself and don't see their worth700g Mini-Monster tankComment

Exactly! That's why this particular "hobby" is a great one. Some people like to switch things up, some tend to stay loyal to certain groups. . . Monday marks my 24th year keeping fish, and it's been Central and South American cichlids and Synodontis catfish as my favorite group since I was probably 15 or 16 (obviously, I've kept others, but those have remained groups of interest).Originally posted by eklikewhoa View PostTell your boss you need to go home to take care of your "cichlids." LoL I was forced into the hobby growing up. Had to do weekly/daily water changes for a room full of aro's so that has been embedded into my way of husbandry.
After a while it was "I'm doing this already so might as well" then it was down hill from there.700g Mini-Monster tankComment
