If your looking for rocks, try a landscaping supply place (alot cheaper than LFS). Some places have a variety of river rock, usually very smoothed out round boulders. Just remember to have something like foam or egg crate at bottom to distribute the weight. I cracked a very nice ADA tank that ways. Can't wait to see the completed project.

sweet... If only they sold aquarium stuff there it is the only store I can walk in with my wife and buy whatever I want without any complaints lol

IMO you dont need eggcrate with the solid base stand you have. It has full support already, a garden mat would be nice to have though. And another thing with high flow sand shifting and fish that might dig around you will see the eggcrate and ruin the look.

Ive got some foam between the tank and stand... :)
