What are the facts? Again and again and again--what are the facts? Shun wishful thinking, ignore devine revelation, forget what "the stars foretell", avoid opinion, care not what the neighbors think, never mind the unguessable "verdict of history"--what are the facts, and to how many decimal places? You pilot always into an unknown future; facts are your only clue.

I think the design on it's scales are pretty. And since these fish are not legal to have, why do zoos and aquariums have them?

They have permits... And they study the fish...

Yup you'll be surprised what "illegal" things are allowed with a permit. I once got a permit from DOW chemical to do a study on redfish. We got to catch and kill as many redfish as we desired of all sizes just to take out the reproductive organs and to determine age. Then we dried the meat and fed it to the fingerlings.

Bantiks have been around for a while.. They just finally dubbed it as a species of its own.
